I didn't receive the "payment is being processed" email

Hi!

I have withdrawn my available funds 7 hours ago. I have received the first confirmation email immediately however, I have not received the "payment is being processed" email that usually comes between 2 and 3 hours after the first one. Is this normal? Does anyone else have the same issue? Can anyone assist please?

yes, I posted a ticket a while ago and then got in touch with Upwork support..They are asking to be patient as payments would be processed soon.
