I didnt issue a refund but I had a notification like this

Please explain why this happens. I supposed to receive $56 after the fee, but end up getting charge for $15.19 refund to my client. This is so unfair

This client account has been suspended last week, the payment that was paid today was supposed to be released last week but since there is an issue I had to wait until today but then the total amount that was supposed to received have a deduction.

Their charge failed and since you didn't follow payment protection rules, Upwork didn't cover the cost.
