Hi, I need help on this. Usually after I request for withdraw, I will get 'payment confirmation' email and in 3-4 hours I will get 'your payment has been processed' email. I got the 'payment confirmation' email right away but it has been 24 hours and I still haven't got the 'your payment has been processed' email, and of course I haven't got the money in my bank account as well. In my country there's no holiday this week so holiday is not the cause. Has my withdrawal been processed? or something wrong happen? I'm getting worried here because it's unusual.
