I don't get more profile views and client hardly view my proposal

Hello freelancers! I need help with increasing my profile and proposal views. I registered with upwork since last and I hardly get invitations, clients hardly view my proposal and profile. I have updated my profile so many times, but none of them seem to be working. I really need help and recommendations in order to increase my visibility. Thank you
