I don't get payment processed email



My withdrawal last week was delayed. It reached my account on Tuesday. However, until this time, I haven't get email (which always get) that states the payment has been processed.

Will my next withdrawal be delayed again? I am a bit nervours about withdaw to local bank system, since it is difficult to be traced.

Are you referring to the payment confirmation email from last week? It looks like you received the email, as shown on our system. Let us know if you are referring to something else so that we can check further.

No, I mean the email with topic 'Your payment has been processed'. Normally, it will reach my mail box about 1 day after the payment reaches my bank account.
