I don't have access to images uploaded in the chat with my client (Urgent)

Hi, can someone from Upwork please assist me here. I want to access some older images in my messages with a client.

When i open them, this is all that is being said

For those working in Upwork and the ability to actually access my messages and see what I am talking about, I will upload a picture of the exact contract I am talking about. (that is our main chat)

So please can you give me acess or recover all of the pictures uploaded to the chat, I need them urgently for portfolio reasons and other.
Please, I don't know why this is happening. I have a lot of great work done there and I don't want it to be lost.
