I don't know why my account has been suspended.

I have just opened my account, and the buyer has given me a very good review.
He then gave me a notice to verify my account, interviewed me via video call, along with my national identity card,
I could not log in to my account for 2/3 days.
Emailed me today to provide security for my account.
 I log in and see that my account has been suspended.

I don't know why my account has been suspended.
I gave my completed information original, then why did you suspend my account?

How long ago did you open your account?

I was given 2/3 days off for account verification
Emailed me a while ago to change my account password I went to change the password and see my account suspend
