I had a client on upwork that I did one job for him (hourly). He liked my work and said, how about you do more stuff for us, I said yes, let's do that. And I never heard a word from him. Other member of his team asked me why I am not responding to my clients messages, but I have never recieved the messages in the first place.
Unfortuantely, the upwork support dosent work, I cannot submit a support ticket for this matter.
Has anyone seen this before?

Did they specify that they were trying to reach out to you via Upwork Messages and not via Skype or email? I checked and the message room with the client looks the same on their end as on yours.
Also, you may try to use VPN to submit a ticket request. Let me know if that still doesn't work.
