I would like to Dispute a Client’s Failure to Release a Milestone Payment. But when I do the request by clicking, I'm always forwarded to the community. I don't know how to do and I'm quite new on Upwork. I'll really appreciate to speak to someone who can help me. I'm stuck with a client who doesn't pay me and asks me always more...

isn't that payment goes directly to a bank account in which upwork is handling. i mean client can't get their post here if they don't get approval by the upwork admin.
