I don't understand why my JSS is low.

Need to understand why my JSS is lower than what I expect it to be.
My profile has 11 reviews, all smaller fixed projects, totaling $1k.
9 are rated 5.
1 is rated 4.6
1 no review(not considered now)
I don't feel clients recommendation for me is low as almost all of them are coming back to me for work, also based on their public reviews.

Under these circumstances, I feel my JSS of 94% is lower than what should it be.
I need to understand what is the error here, either from your end or what can I change from my end.

My recommendation percentage is is 88% as of now.
And there are 6 clients in total, of which I definitely did not give any feedback.

Not sure if someone gave bad feedback or it is because of the missing feedback.

94% isn't a low JSS. A lot of people would love to have that JSS.
