I don't want to accept the refund request sent by client. But I can't see anything except accept.

The client sent me a refund request after he gave feedback and the contract has been fully approved. Is there any chance for me to prove that I have submitted the work successfully and done extra too? And that's true. I need help regarding this issue.

From what you describe, it sounds like the refund request is a post-contract refund request. The only options for those are:

1. Full refund
2. Partial refund
3. Ignore (no refund) - may result in Dispute Mediation (see subsection 6.2.2.a)
