Hello,
I accept Milestones but now I don't want to work on this project.
So I tried to refund him but also not possible because (Refunds may only be issued up to 180 days after payment is received. Older transactions are not available.)
So now what can I do?
Please give a good way to fix it.

Why can't you just close the project if you haven't done any work on it for the past six months?

I have times where clients forget to close contracts. You can close the contract yourself, then you can mark a review for the client, then the client has 14 days to give you a review.

You can go to, "My jobs, "My contracts", click on the contract, then go to the three dots on the right and there would be a dropdown showing, "Close contract". Currently, I don't have any open fixed contracts, therefore, it doesn't show in the dropdown.

You can cancel any project at any time.
You'd want to give the client prior notice on an active job.
But a project that's been idle for many months is typically not a project the client is still interestedin. I have found that many clients, even good ones, are clueless about closing idle projects.
