I forgot the answer to my security question, need help changing it

Hi,

I've referred to relevant articles but it led me nowhere. I also clicked on a link that would've allowed me to change my sequrity question and answer. It asked me to type out my old security answer.. which defeats the whole purpose because I forgot it. I have some funds that I'm unable to withdraw because of this issue. I would really appreciate the help of a moderator.
