I forgot the security question answer & the email I used to open the account is not accessible

I used a yahoo mail account which I didn't use for a long time. I can't update my upwork profile, it's requiring the answer of the security question which I forgot.

I didn't use upwork for a long time but now I need to work online.

I will be very helpful if I can change my email address.
