I get a 88% success rate when all my clients feedback have given me a 5-star and I don`t know why

hi all I started working in Upwork from like two months ago and I get 5 stars from all my project and ended contracts, I only get 4 jobs and I did them really great and I get the rising talent badge.

today I found I get a success rate of 88% rather than rising talent badge and I don`t know why It is low as I get all good feedback from clients can you tell me why and how I can raise it up.

Public star-average feedback is only one component among many that are used to calculate JSS.

Private feedback is another major factor.
