I get a feeling that private jobs started to pop out as public

See too many projects in my feed today where the customer addresses a particular person by name or a project like this: **Edited for community guidelines** where the client clearly meant someone in patricular - it happened from time to time before when clients just mistakingly posted projects meant to be private, as public - but today i just see way too many of those. 

Is there a chance that 'private' posting broke down today and all private projects actually come out as public?
