I get issue to purchase connects

Hello team,

 I am not able to purchase connects. when i  fill my all bank details and click on buy connects i get message, do not redirect bank details and after it shows me a table where i metion OTP number which is i get through my bank after to mention OPT it shows me to that we are not accept your request now try again. i tried again and again but i am getting same result. can you help me out to solve the problem or what process sholud i follow to purchase connets.

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to purchase connects? If you`re still experiencing the same problem after this, let me know here. Thank you.
