I got a job at Upwork. But why not see any work in the desktop app, how can I get the solution. Someone, please answer my question,

Try completely closing the tracker and then opening it again.

Hi Shakil,

I would be happy to help. I checked and it looks like the contract you are referring to has not started yet. Once the contract starts it should be available on your Desktop App and you will be able to track time. Let us know if you have further questions.

Hi Shakil,

Thank you for following up. Please click on the Terms & Settings tab on the page you shared in your screenshot. There you can find the Start Date for the contract you are referring to. Once the contract starts you will be able to track time.
