I got a new offer, I accepted it but I couldn't find it on my Upwork hour tracking tool. I used the refresh icon but the same issue is still there. Can you help me?

You must first exit the tracker by clicking on the wheel icon when you open it, then click Exit.
Now relaunch the tracker. The contract should show up.
