Hi, Today is my best day, I got the TOP RATED badge.
But I saw someone who got a card (Attached image), I didn't receive it or I don't know where to find it.

I have the honor to get the TOP RATED level and I just need this card to place it in my room as a framework.

That may be a thing of the past, I have seen such a letter for the first time. I got my Top Rated status a few months ago never received any such letter or a card!

I think as long as you have the Top-Rated status update on your profile that should be enough!
