It happened me all the time when I tried to reach settings option. I must mention that i forget my security answer and when i tried to reset it through email i got this "It looks like you are having trouble with the email we sent you. Please contact us for assistance". From that point it looks like I'm spining in the circle. In my mail i got this info...
