I have 110 connects available, but it only shows 4.

I have 110 connects available which is shown in the Connects History page. But, when I try to submit a proposal, upworks says that I only have 4 connects.

Is there anyway to redeem the available connects?

Hi Gaurav,

Since you are an exclusive member of the agency, you won’t be able to use the Connects available on your Freelancer account. You can only work on projects from your agency and not as an independent freelancer. All proposals will draw from the agency's collective Connects balance. Please communicate with your agency owner or business manager regarding changing your exclusivity.
