I have Rising Talent badge on profile but at prefer qualification in jobs it show a red exclamation

I can see the rising talent badge on my profile ... however, when looking at preferred qualifications in jobs, it shows a red exclamation mark next to Rising Talent ... does this mean that the client will not see me as Rising Talent? Thanks
