Hello everyone, as i said. I've a new client from upwork. He is new in the platform aswell.He has issue of linking my paypal to upwork, i am still waiting upwork support response to solve the issue to proceed with hiring and creation of milestones.
Thats why right now he can't start the contract.Can someone help me to solve this problem? How he can reach the client services or how he can solve the problem?

Or add a proper credit card.
