I have a question for French auto entrepreneur please!

Hi everybody, 

I was curious about something. As you may have noticed, the dollar rate is pretty low lately. I don't want to withdrawal the money this month because of this rate. But, as an entrepreneur, I have to  report my earnings, right? What happens in the case where I don't do any withdrawal in the waiting for a better rate? I should then report 0 as my earning for this month, but won't it lead to any problem as next month I will probably declare the double as what I usually do? 

I also have the right to have the "chomage", is that ok if I report 0 earning this month and like 4k next month? 

I'm sorry I'm a bit lost about this subject. If anybody has ever faced the same situation, please help me!
