I am not sure what you exactly mean. If you are asking if you could add these samples to your portfolio. The answer is yes, why not. 

If you want some opinions about the quality of the design itself, I would say that if you want to compete with the Graphic designers on Upwork I believe you would need to improve yourself even more in that field.

You don't learn graphic design from spending an hour or so playing around with Canva, and you definitely won't get hired based on the two examples that you attached here, even if you offered the absolute lowest rates. You'd be wasting your time and connects.
