I have added wrong payoneer account as get paid method and want to change it with correct one.

That get paid method is still not activated and I cannot change it on my own. I am trying to get help from support agent but I didn't find a way to contact the agent.

Hi Emrah,

Please contact Payoneer customer support to disconnect your old Payoneer card from Upwork. Afterwards, reach back to our Customer support and our team will assist you further with adding your new Payoneer account.

In order to activate your payment method, please complete the W-8BEN form under Settings> Tax Info, which purpose is to confirm you're not a US taxpayer. You can use your own legal name as it appears in your passport or other official documents.
