I have closed a account before and now want to use a new account

Hey, a Few months ago I closed my account because I had no job then. After that I created this account to work on upwork again But Some personal issue i wasn't able to focus on my upwork business. But Now I want to focus on my freelancing. Now I have a client from social media outreach and suggest he work together on Upwork. So I want to know if am I able to verify my New account again and can use it without getting suspended or blocked because of the previous closed account.
