I have created an agency. Some of team mates account are not approved

Hi everyone

I just created an agency. I invited my friends to be members. They are, I can certify, skilled.

We have worked together for many years and I think that we have the same ability to offer a quality service.

I was really disappointed when I find out that I can not submit a proposal on the behalf of my agency and give them the work ...

So if someone have a solution, thank you in advance

 If they are not approved, they can not work on Upwork, it's as simple as that.

Upwork is pretty much overcrowded, the last thing it needs is more Freelancers (it needs less, and more clients...)

Your agency seems to consist of yourself and a person who's not worked on the platform for 2+ years.
