I have lose my connect without sending proposal

I had received free connect but after creating a agency from my freelancer account, I have lose all of my free connect.

Why it's happened to me. 🤕

Because you set yourself as an exclusive agency freelancer. Exclusive agency freelancers can't apply individually. There are no free connects for agencies, you'll have to buy the membershi AND buy connects.

If you want to apply from your freelancer profile, you'll have to set yourself as "non-exclusive".

For a new freelancer it is generally better to start without an agency though.
