How long? If it is less than 5 days, there is no problem and you can see the date it will become available in the left hand column on your Reports > Pending Page

If it is more than 6 days, or if it just says "Pending" instead of a date in the left hand column, the client failed to pay for whatever it was and then you actually have a problem....
