I have multiple proposals I submitted last week that are still active but have not been viwed by the client it looks like. Will by connects get refunded if the client hasnt viwed anyones yet?

I would like to clarify that we return Connects when a client closes their job without hiring or we find a job post has violated our Terms of Service.

Your profile views will increase only when you`re found by clients through search results and not by clients who are viewing your profile from your proposals. Freelancers in search results are shown on a rotating basis so that everyone has a fair chance to be discovered. Thank you.
