I have not received my connects

Hi,

On 23/5/2019 I bought connects but still I have not received them. Today is 29 may.

My Current Billing Cycle is:
May 22, 2019 — Jun 21, 2019

Please help me with that as I am new in this app.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I checked and it seems that your account is under our paid Connects which is the reason why you haven't received free Connects at the start of your Billing Cycle. I also checked and can confirm that you received the Connects bought on 23/05/2019. Please let us know if we could be of any further assistance. Can you please clarify it?

On the other hand, I haven't receive my connects of 23rd aug. as I can not
apply for any job...

Could you please kindly clarify this?

Hi Behjat,

 

You can view your current Connects balance by going to the “Find Work” page - your available Connects balance is shown in the Proposals box on the right. To view your Connects History report, go to the “Reports” tab and choose Connects History.

It means you have to pay for all your connects. You won't get free ones anymore.
