I have not received my payment

I withdrew my money from my account and received the confirmation email that my payment processed "We have processed your M-Pesa payment request submitted on 09-Jun-2021."  I usually receive payment in minutes but it's now over five hours I have not received any payment.

 

Kindly assist

Hi Collins,

 

In most cases, your payment transfers immediately. However, there are occasions when it may take up to 24 hours on weekdays or next business day on weekends. If it has been more than 24 hours and one business day, please let us know so we can issue a trace for the transaction. For more information, you can check this help article.

Okay I will wait for 24 hours
