I have not received my processed payment

Hi,

I have got an E-mail from Upwork informing that my payment had been processed through Transfast on May 14 and expected date of delivery would be around May 14 to May 16.

However, it's the end of May 16 and I have not received it yet. I contacted the bank to check and they told me to check with UW.

I know that it will take 2-5 days to get the payment, but normally, it only takes 1 day for me. Since I need the payment for urgency, please kindly check again my payment process.

Because the email informed that they had already transfered the payment to my local bank while the bank said they received nothing, I just want to check from both sides to find out where the problem comes from

If it has not arrived after 8 business days, a trace can be initiated.

Not before.

Usually it arrives long before then, there is nothing that can be done at this stage.

Yes, I have just sent a question to the Help center. How many days have you been waiting for your payments ?
Btw from what I see, payments processed in Monday are usually delayed or failed

I have been waiting for this pay for a month now. 1st try: fund were returned. 2nd try: still underway.

Hi Phung,

As what Petra pointed out, let us know if funds is still not available after 8 business days so we can initiate a trace. International payments flow through several international and local banks before reaching you. Hope this helps.
