Hi, i am Ivanona. I am a freelancer at upwork since 7 years, but i have only one project at upwork. I have some project in other plateforms but i don't understand in the upwork. Please help me how to have project and how to have an Client?

I have an competence on audio trascription and Virtual assistant in french language.

I would recommend you freshen up your profile and than get out there > submit to jobs that are relevant to your skill set.
