I have submitted 3 tickets in last 5 days but Upwork has not responded to any of my ticket

I have contacted Upwork support team via robot chat and asked the question. Robot said, we have received your query and our support team will contact you soon. But its been 5 days, I have not received any response.

Even I received ticket confirmation email by upwork.  But  not any response and my problem not solved yet.

Same problem bro, really need help 😞 . For me it's almost been a week waiting.

Please note that tickets are responded to in the order they are received and submitting additional tickets won't drive a faster response. You can refer to this link where you will receive an update from the team once they've reviewed it.
