Hi, I have just checked into the link you provided. Unfortunately, your profile is not visible. If you haven't worked for the past 30 days, then the profiles go to private and not appear in the search results. In order to get it back to public and visible, start earning or upgrade your membership.

His profile is visible. He just doesn't understand that those results rotate and and the "top whatevers in wherever" pages are just there for Google.

It's because that's a search for web designers, and you haven't got "Web Design" as one of your skills. Yes, you've got "Responsive Web Design" as a skill, but Upwork's algorithm is, shall we say, lacking sufficient finesse to realise that Responsive Web Design is a form of Web Design.
