Hey there, I have used my father ID card to verify the Upwork account for the first time,,,, now Upwork is asking me to verify my account again by video call but my father is sick and he don't know English so at this time what can I do..?

Thank you so much for your reply,, basically, I am 18+ years old,,, and I have applied for my ID card to our government and that are processing but nowadays for the Covid-19 everything is off so it will be too much late to receive the ID card,,, that's why I have used my father ID card to verify my account but now ,, and yesterday I had got a job from that time Upwork are asking me to verify my profile,, and given me time till 26th,,,
