I haven't get paid after 14 days of submittiing the work

Hello Community,

I have submitted the work 14 days ago via Upwork submission system, but haven't got paid yet. According to Upwork policy, I should have already get paid. What to do?

 Where on your My Reports Page do you see the amount?

Have you only pressed the "Submit work and request payment" button ONCE? Every time you click on it, the 14 days start again from 0

Dear Petra,

It's under "In review". I am pretty sure that I have pressed that button only once. On "My jobs" page, under that contract it's written "Requested 14 days ago".

 Then just wait until tomorrow, it will move into Pending by then provided the client was payment method verified when the contract started.

The payment method is verified. I think that the 14 days policy should be automatic. Anyway, I'll wait until tomorrow. Thanks.

It is automatic.

You submit your work by clicking a button, and then you get paid automatically. It can't get any more automatic than that.

 The 14 days may not be completely up depending on what time you pressed the button.

Either way there is no need to panic.

It *IS* automatic.
