I haven't received any Job Digest or Invitation to interview Yet

Job digest is promised to freelancers with Rising Talent badge. I have had the badge for a while now, but haven't gotten any job digest yet. Is it that I've violated the process in anyway?

Hi Ugochukwu, 

Please know that you may not receive the Job Digest every day or every week. Set yourself as available for work, and check to make sure you are opted in to receive it in your email settings.

I have checked the boxes long time ago. My visibility is set to Available, the necessary notifications are turned on. Yet, I haven't gotten anything positive.
