I have submitted a request for payment withdrawal on 15th February 2022 but didn't get the money in my bank account. I have transferred to direct local bank.
N.B . I contacted to my bank they had no issues with it.
So what shoud I do now and how can I get my money?

If you still haven't received the funds after 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), you can ask Upwork to initiate a trace.

Correct. In case the money hasn't appered by then, you can ask for a trace to be initiated, but that takes time as well.
Usually the money turns up in the bank account or back in your Upwork account before the results of the trace do.
