The problem is that more and more freelancers offer for jobs really under pay( for me). An example 100$ for me is nothing depend the work and for many freelancers in some countries is a lot of money. In most of the cases they are strongly talented but the competence is hard. I'm sure i'm not going to low my rate. The end of upwork for me?
