I lost my Talent badge after joining an agency

I lost my top-rated badge after joining the agency as an exclusive member. Can I get back my badge when I will leave the agency? The second question is whether I will be eligible for my next badge while working with the agency as an exclusive member if I meet all the criteria.

I am asking this for the second time because I didn't get my answer last time.

but why would you want to join an agency ?
