I lost my Top Rated badge and can't seem to get it back.

Hi there,

I used to have a top rated badge on Upwork... I had it for 14 weeks straight. Then I had one contract (with 5-star public reviews, but not so good private feedback) that took my JSS down to 89%. That's when I lost my badge. 

I was recently able to bring it up to 90%. Yet my badge has still not returned. I'm wondering if anyone has faced a similar circumstance. Any tips on recovering the top rated badge?

Go to your My Stats page and look at "top rated eligible weeks". That has to be 13 or more

Yes, it says... Top Rated eligible weeks: 14 of 16

If you got back above 90% yesterday, you probably get the badge back within 48 hours or so
