I'm College Student under 18 so How I can approve my Upwork Account Because I don't have ID Card ?

I'm Muhammad Mubasher Tahir and I want to ask you one thing..
I don't have any Government ID or CNIC except my College Student ID Card so Can I submit my College ID Card ?

You can't have an Upwork account until you are over 18.

Unfortunately, you can’t use the site at the moment. Upwork requires users to be 18 years or older to utilize the site. Please check this Help Article for more information.
