I'm Top Rated but still being charged fees for a client I brought in.

Hi Upwork Community,

Onboarding my new client to Upwork was far from smooth with the Top Rated link but when I finally got it to work and started a contract with them, the system showed that I still have to pay full fees. It's a bigger contract so the fees are significant! >_<
Has anyone else had this experience? What did you do?

P.S. I have contacted support but no solution yet.

Hi Valery! You've to email Upwork (on the email id that you would have received in the detailed instructions email along with your invitation link)

1) You've to email the client's name and contract ID

2) Assuming all TnC's were met, Upwork will apply 0% fee to your contract within 3 business days
