It is per client, not total income.
You pay 20% with a client until you get to $500.00 then it becomes 10%, at $10,000 it becomes 5% and is that way with that client forever.

The sliding scale is BY CLIENT...
So once you make $ 500 from any ONE client, the fee drops to 10% for THAT client (only)
