So my potential client on upwork told me to send a quick summary about my services. And when I sent it to my lead, I'm getting flagged by upwork "This message wasn't sent because it includes contact information. Sharing contact details outside the contract workroom violates our Terms of Service and could lead to suspension."
I don't want to get suspended by upwork, for sending nothing. But chat support isn't working and I can't reach them to ask them for help.
Is there a way to submit a ticket?

You need to get through Tech Support anyway.
On another note, what you offer violates both Upwork and LinkedIn's ToS, by the way—you should in no way offer anyone using their login credentials to work on their behalf; this could really lead you to ban.
