I'm not getting any e-mail notifications

Hello, 
I'm not getting any e-mail notifications, I can't even reset my password. I haven't been to upwork for quite some time, I see I've already missed some opportunities, but anyways, I see this is an issue on upwork but I couldn't find any useful information how to fix it. I've checked all the notifications settings, email filters, spam, trash and what not. I couldn't find any other way to contact any tech support and the bot has the capabilities of an 2000s IRC chat bot 😉

I would be glad if someone help me fix this issue, as we are all having a hard time finding jobs in this time.
